Pres. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan to serve impeachment on 3rd December, 2014

According to Rep. Mohammed Tahir Monguno, President Goodluck Jonathan is to be served with impeachment notice when the House of Representatives reconvene on Wednesday.

Senators and members of the House of Representatives had commenced collecting signatures for the removal of the president after the November 20 security siege on the National Assembly. During the siege, the speaker of the House Aminu Waziri Tambuwal and other lawmakers were teargased by the police. House members began collecting signatures that same day while senators followed suit two days after. And already, 200 members and about 60 senators were said to have thrown their weight behind moves to oust the president.
Monguno, a former Attorney General of Borno State told Sunday Trust that he was one of the 200 members who signed the impeachment motion on November 20, saying, “some newspapers published names of those who signed the motion but my name was conspicuously omitted.” Arguing that president Jonathan had no reas…

So Sad: Nigeria failed to qualify for the 2015 African Nations Cup

Nigeria fully aware that only victory will do, have on their part promised to throw in all they’ve got to make sure they complete the set mission of not disappointing the over 170 million passionate fans rooting for them to go defend the title they won last year in South Africa.

It is worth noting that the South African male team have never beaten Nigeria in any competitive game, the last time both teams played each other was in Cape Town and the game ended 0-0.

FULL TIME Despite its late equalizer, Nigeria is out of the tournament. With a 2-2 Draw with S.A

The Congo vs Sudan match ended 1 nil in favour of Congo. So Congo and South Africa qualifies for the finals. So Sad for Nigeria, even Wyclef is Shocked!! See what he said below;

Linda ikeji Said: Sad day for Nigerian football. We drew with South Africa this evening 2-2 but it wasn't enough to get us to Equatorial Guinea 2015. And we are supposed to be the defending champion. So sad! *crying*

Amazing photos of Goalkeeper: Vincent Enyeama

Stephen Keshi’s Super Eagles finally have their Cup of Nations destiny back in their own hands, and they have goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama to thank.
Following the Republic of Congo’s opening two victories (against Nigeria and Sudan), and the Super Eagles’ own early struggles (they picked up only one point from their first three fixtures), it had looked like a major ask for the reigning champions to qualify for the Afcon.
However, a combination of a return to form for the West Africans and South Africa’s impressive form over Claude Le Roy’s side means Nigeria have usurped the Red Devils.
With one game to go, it is Nigeria and not Congo who sit second place in Group A.
It hadn’t always looked like Nigeria would manage to stay alive this far. Indeed, both of their last two victories (against Sudan and Congo) came in spite of fairly dire performances, even if they were littered with some moments of inspiration.
Despite winning 2-0 on the day, the Super Eagles’ triumph in Pointe-Noire was anyth…

Could the death of prominent pastor Myles Munroe leaves behind a ministry struggling to cope ?

Saddened by the loss of Myles Munroe, his wife, daughter & others. We have no fear of death. Our last breath here is our first breath there!

In the Bahamas, the 60-year-old Munroe was the senior pastor of the Bahamas Faith Ministries International Fellowship. He was also a best-selling author and popular speaker and was well known in American charismatic circles, even if his name might not be as familiar as that of American Bishop T.D. Jakes, with whom Munroe often appeared.

Munroe’s sermons often addressed leadership, relationships and personal growth. In a devotional on Munroe’s site, the pastor says: “The greatest tragedy in life is not death but life without a purpose — life with the wrong priorities.”

Munroe’s wife, Ruth, and seven others also died in the crash at Grand Bahama International Airport on Sunday. On Monday, the AP reported that “severe weather was likely a factor” in the crash.
Heavy rain was buffeting the region when the Lear 36 Executive Jet struck a…
