Congratulations to the soon-to-be-parents "Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake"

According to recent reports, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake are expecting their first child! Radar Online claims to be able to "exclusively reveal" that the 7th Heaven star is pregnant, after weeks of speculation and "baby bump" sightings.

A source close to the star has said, "Jessica is at least three months pregnant, and she's due in April!" Justin and Jessica have been married for two years, recently celebrating their anniversary by taking a scenic trip to New Zealand, posting their very first Instagram photo together.

When it comes to why the couple may be keeping this information under wraps, another source revealed that Jessica may have had issues getting pregnant before. "Jessica has had tense times in the past when it comes to having a baby, so it is not surprising that she is staying mum on confirming the news publicly yet."

We've heard it before with countless other celebrities -- these "close friends" dishing on their private lives to the press -- so we're still taking this one with a grain of salt for now. But if the reports are indeed true, Jessica, 32, and Justin, 33, will welcome their first child around the same time that our favorite royal couple, Prince William and Duchess Kate, welcome their second child. In other words, it'll be an exciting month for celebrity babies!

Congratulations to the soon-to-be-parents, well... tentative congratulations!

Oppo R5 - The slimmest, sexiest smartphone Ever!

China-based smartphone maker Oppo isn’t a well-known brand in the United States or in many other major smartphone markets. The company has been building impressive handset for many years, however, and on Wednesday it showed off its latest and greatest devices to tech bloggers and journalists.

Among the new phones it debuted was the Oppo R5, a shockingly thin smartphone with a big display and solid specs.

The Android-powered Oppo R5 isn’t a phone you’ll see very often in the U.S., if at all. For the foreseeable future, however, it has the distinct honor of being the thinnest smartphone on the planet.
At just 4.85mm thick, Oppo’s new R5 is about 30% thinner than Apple’s iPhone 6. And despite its ridiculously slim stature, it features fairly impressive specs that should make it a capable upper mid-range device. Key Oppo R5 specs include a 5.2-inch full HD AMOLED display, a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, 16GB of storage and a 2,000 mAh battery.

The R5 will launch in a familiar color palette — silver, gold and gray models will be available — beginning in December of this year. The phone will cost $499 off contract, but you’ll likely need to visit eBay or find a good online cell phone importer if you want to buy one.

15 things Successful people will never Say

If you want to become more successful as an entrepreneur or in your career, you can start by making a habit of talking and thinking more like the people you know or read about who are already successful.
Here are some phrases you’ll never hear a successful person say:

1. "We can't do that."

One thing that makes people and companies successful is the ability to make solving their customers’ problems and demands their main priority. If a need arises repeatedly, the most successful people learn how to solve it as quickly as they can.

2. "I don't know how."

Instead of automatically shutting down solution-finding, successful people learn what they can in order to succeed in a project or in their career. For example, you would never see a truly successful international business consultant who travels to Italy multiple times per year refusing to learn Italian.

3. "I don’t know what that is."

Pleading ignorance doesn’t make the problem go away. It just makes the asker find someone who is able to work with them to solve the problem. While’s it’s always good to be honest with those you interact with, finishing this phrase with “but I’ll find out” is a surefire way to become more successful.

4. "I did everything on my own."

The best people know to surround themselves with others who are smart, savvy and as dedicated as they are. What makes this work is always giving credit where it’s due, as due credit to you will always come back in hand. Recognize those that have helped you or made an impact and you’ll continue to earn success and recognition yourself.

5. "That's too early."

You would never hear Benjamin Franklin or someone such as Steve Jobs say, “that is too early for me to be there.” If there is a networking meeting, project launch or interview opportunity at the very beginning of the day, the most successful people do what it takes to be there. Part of being successful is being at the right place at the right time, no matter if you’re a morning bird or night owl.

6. "That’s too late."

Along the same lines, if you’re asked to a 9 p.m. dinner by a potential business partner, and you can make it, definitely go. You may be tired the next day, but the connections you will make during a small dinner or after-hours meeting can make all the difference when it comes to your career or next project.

7. "It's too bad we couldn't work together."

Truly hitting it off with someone can be a rare occurrence, but if you truly connect with someone and want to work with them, find a way to make it work. Finding people that you really enjoy communicating with don’t come along too often, so whether it’s a case study or a new business, successful people know that working with those who truly align with your personality and interests are the path to true success.

8. "Let's catch up sometime."

Many times, this phrase is said as filler, without any true follow up. Successful people know that if they really want to catch up with someone, they follow up to make it happen. This also builds on the idea that the most successful people have worked hard to build genuine connections and relationships within their network, without any hidden agenda. Nurturing your network means being thoughtful of others, while keeping your relationships with them on top of your mind.

9. "I'm sorry, I'm too busy."

If an opportunity comes their way, successful people do what it takes to make it happen. Sure, this might mean longer hours occasionally, but if you want something to work, that is what it takes. After all, according to Lao-Tzu: "Time is a created thing. To say ‘I don’t have time,’ is like saying, ‘I don’t want to.’”

10. "That was all my idea."

Again, as mentioned in number four, the most successful people spread the wealth when it comes to doling out praise from a successful project. No idea is truly one’s own -- it’s a sum of their experiences from interacting and building off of collaborative ideas with a team. Doling out praise and encouragement is a crucial part of building a successful company and culture.

11. "I never read books."

Tom Corley of Rich Habits found that rich people read (and listen to) books at a much higher rate than poor people: “63 percent of wealthy parents make their children read two or more non-fiction books a month vs. 3 percent of poor.” Also, “63 percent of wealthy listen to audio books during commute to work vs. 5 percent of poor people.” Reading non-fiction (as well as fiction) can help reduce stress, enhance creativity and boost your memory.

12. "I'm not good enough."

Part of being successful is having a high sense of self-worth. Being yourself is one trait that promises success in business and your personal life. Follow your true interests. What you would do in your life if you didn’t need money?

13. "It's OK." (over and over)

Successful people know when to walk away and stop taking excuses from others. If there is a bottleneck and something (or someone) is preventing you from completing a project on time, build up your business, or move you forward in your goals, then it’s time to set boundaries and decide to limit your involvement.

14. "If our competitors don't have it, then we don't need it."

Copying competitors is one of the many possible deaths for most companies. True innovation comes from the flip side: figuring out what competitors aren’t doing and fill that niche to answer a need in the industry.

15. "Time off is for suckers."

True success should be seen as a well-rounded approach, one with vacations, weekends with friends and family and hours of downtime on the weekdays. While workload varies for everyone at times, taking vacation can make you better at your job.

Sometimes to get to where you want to be, the best and easiest thing to do is to simply follow the examples that others set for you.
What phrases are you going to eliminate from your day-to-day conversations and thinking?

Costa: Chelsea's success is due to detail preparation before games

  • Diego Costa joined Chelsea for £32million from Atletico Madrid in July
  • Costa has scored nine goals in nine appearances for the Blues so far
  • 26-year-old attributes Chelsea's early-season form due to their preparation
  • Diego Costa believes top sides cannot leave the smallest stone unturned in football nowadays if they are to win matches.

The Chelsea striker has started his career at Stamford Bridge with a bang scoring nine goals in as many appearances since his £32million switch from Atletico Madrid in the summer.

Costa's form has been mirrored by the Blues' start to the season that sees them leading the Premier League by four points after nine games.

Chelsea’s unbeaten record in this season’s Premier League remains intact following their 1-1 draw against Manchester United at Old Trafford but it was two points dropped by the visitors.

After having a poor start to the season and having a few players absent many would have been surprised by United’s performance – especially in the first half – and Thibaut Courtois had to be called upon a number of times, but Chelsea will come away thinking they should have done more.
Putting Phil Dowd’s dreadful performance aside for one moment, the Blues were a little tardy at the beginning and in the second half when it looked like they were beginning to turn the screw I thought Jose Mourinho’s changes were a little negative. He did the same at City (against 10 men) and suffered a similar fate.

There was no excuse to defend so poorly from the set-piece the Red Devils got their equaliser from. Chelsea had enough defenders on the field even without Branislav Ivanovic, plus the height of John Obi Mikel, Didier Drogba and Nemanja Matic.

Mourinho rightly bemoaned the performances of the referee, who had managed to miss seeing Ivanovic and John Terry hauled down inside the box from a corner but every time Angel Di Maria went to ground (contact or no) he gave a free-kick and was dying to send Ivanovic off at the end of the match.

The Chelsea manager will also defend his side by pointing to the Premier League table. They currently sit four points clear at the top, ahead of Southampton, and increased their league over champions Manchester City by a point, but after the Citizens lost against West Ham this can only feel like a missed opportunity.

Perhaps the main bright point was seeing Drogba roll back the years and scoring what ought to have been the match winner.

Robin van Persie’s passionate goal celebration against Chelsea was ‘stupid’ according to Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal.

Van Persie netted a dramatic last-gasp equaliser against Jose Mourinho’s men in the 90th minute following Didier Drogba’s opener earlier in the second half.

After salvaging a late point for his team, Van Persie celebrated his goal by taking off his shirt – which earned the Dutchman a booking.

Following the game, Van Gaal criticised the striker for having received, what he felt, was a needless yellow card.

‘You can see he had a stupid reaction after the goal,’ Van Gaal said.
‘You can be excited, but you don’t have to pull your shirt off because then you get a yellow card.
    ‘It’s not so smart.’

Wealthy African buyers are spending almost £4million on London property every week as they look to snap up exclusive investments in the UK, it has emerged. A mixture of
traditional reasons combined with increased terrorism and the outbreak of Ebola is said to be behind the dramatic influx of African money to the capital.

Beauchamp Estates, which sells some of London's most expensive homes, today released a report on African buyers in the capital. The upmarket estate agency said the buyers are coming from six countries - Nigeria, Ghana, Congo, Gabon, Cameroon and Senegal. Nigerians are the biggest spenders, with wealthy nationals forking out £250million on London homes in the last three years.
